How to Track Birthdays & Anniversaries

Add member birthdays and anniversaries, then use the weekly report to never miss a celebration.

Open the Church Directory

Navigate to Church Hub → Directory. This is where member profiles including birthdays and anniversaries are stored.

Add or Edit a Member

Click 'Add Member' (or open an existing member) to get to the profile form.

Enter Birthday

Fill in the Birthday field with month and day (year is optional for privacy). Hit Save.

Enter Anniversary Date

Fill in the Anniversary field. This can be a wedding anniversary or membership anniversary.

View Upcoming Birthdays

The Birthday Report shows who has a birthday this week, this month, and coming up — sorted by date.

View Upcoming Anniversaries

The Anniversary Report shows a weekly calendar view of who to celebrate and acknowledge.
