Open Care Dashboard
Navigate to Church Hub → Care. The dashboard shows open care events, team assignments, and overdue follow-ups.

Create a Care Event
Click 'Create Event' to log a care need — hospital visit, bereavement, new baby, or any care request from your community.

Log the Care Details
Enter the member name, care type, urgency level, and notes. Attach it to a care team for follow-up.

Manage Care Teams
Organise volunteers into care teams (Hospital Visitors, Grief Support). Assign members to each team.

Track Your Assignments
Every care team volunteer sees their personal assignment list with member names, deadlines, and notes.

View Overdue Follow-Ups
The overdue report flags any care events that haven't had a follow-up within the expected timeframe.
