Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard shows weekly attendance, upcoming events, recent care alerts, and key community metrics at a glance. All numbers reflect real-time data from your account.

Member Directory
Go to Members to view, search, add, or import your community list. Add members one at a time or upload a CSV/Excel file. Click any member to view their full profile.

Add Members in Bulk
On the Add Member page, click 'Bulk Import — CSV or Excel'. Your spreadsheet needs at minimum a first_name and last_name column. Optional fields: email, phone, address, city, state, zip_code, date_of_birth, anniversary_date, member_since, bio.

Weekly Bulletins
Under More → Bulletins, upload your weekly PDF bulletin, set it active, and send it to members and first-time visitors. The check-in QR code always links to the active bulletin.

Care Board
Under Care, log care needs (hospital visits, grief support, follow-ups), assign them to care teams, and track completion. The overdue report flags anything past its expected follow-up date.

Events
Create and manage events, track registrations, and use the check-in system. Volunteer coordination and childcare tracking are built in.

Groups
Organize small groups, track attendance, log meeting notes, and view group health reports from the Groups tab.

Youth Vault
Under More → Youth, manage your youth ministry roster. Add individual youth members or upload a spreadsheet. Track grade, small group, guardian contact, and faith milestones (salvation date, baptism date).

Outreach CRM
Under BuzzReach → Outreach CRM, manage your outreach pipeline. View all leads by stage (New, Contacted, Visited, Engaged, Long-Term). Each lead shows name, email, phone, and BuzzIQ engagement score.

Email Sequences
Under BuzzReach → Email Sequences, customize the 5-step outreach email series (Day 1, 3, 7, 14, 30). Edit the subject, body, and active status for each step. Use {{first_name}} and {{church_name}} as merge variables.

Attendance Fast-Lane
Members and visitors check in by scanning the Sunday QR code. Attendance is recorded in real time and visible on your dashboard. Generate QR codes from Church Hub Settings.

Settings
Under More → Settings, configure bulletin automation, attendance settings, and community features. Under More → Integrations, connect third-party services.
