Open Outreach CRM
Go to Church Hub → BuzzReach → Outreach CRM. You'll see a list of all leads in your pipeline, plus a Kanban view organized by stage.

Understanding Pipeline Stages
Leads move through: New → Contacted → Visited → Engaged → Member. Long-Term Nurture is for leads who need more time. BuzzIQ score (1–10) measures engagement.

Update a Lead's Status
Click on any lead card to open their detail page. Use the status dropdown to move them through the pipeline. Add notes to log conversations or outcomes.

Set Up Email Sequences
Go to BuzzReach → Email Sequences to configure the automated outreach emails. Customize the subject and message for each step in the sequence (Day 1, 3, 7, 14, 30).

View the Nurture Queue
Go to BuzzReach → Nurture Queue to see leads with overdue follow-up steps. Complete each step to keep the pipeline moving.

Outreach Intelligence
Go to Ministry → Outreach Intelligence for a 30-day pipeline snapshot: new leads this week, conversion rate, top sources, and hot leads by BuzzIQ score.
