From your dashboard, click 'Post Designer' in the sidebar, or navigate to /post-designer/dashboard. You'll see the content creation workspace.

Describe Your Post
In the prompt box, describe what you want — 'Spring sale at our boutique, 30% off dresses, fun and bright tone'. Be specific about the offer, tone, and call-to-action.

Select Your Platform
Pick the platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn). Post Designer optimises the image dimensions and caption length automatically for each.

Choose a Visual Style
If you have a Brand DNA profile set up, your colors and fonts are applied automatically. Otherwise pick a style preset: Bold, Minimal, Lifestyle, or Product.

Generate Post
Click Generate. Within seconds, you get a complete post: AI-written caption, relevant hashtags, and a matching image.

Review and Refine
Read the caption and check the image. Use the Regenerate button to get a fresh version, or edit the caption inline before saving.

Download or Schedule
Download the final image and copy the caption to post manually — or connect Autopilot Social to schedule it directly from Post Designer.
