Go to your Business Dashboard and click 'QR Campaigns'. You'll land at /dashboard/qr — the campaign library.

Create a New Campaign
Click 'New Campaign', give it a name (e.g. 'Spring Promo'), and set the campaign type. A campaign groups related QR codes together so you can compare their performance.

Add Variants
Each variant is one scannable QR code pointing to one destination URL. Add as many as you need — one per flyer design, per location, per ambassador, etc.

Set Each Destination URL
For each variant, enter the URL you want that QR code to send people to — your website, a landing page, a signup form, a menu, or any web address.

Generate — QR PNGs Created Automatically
Click Create. The system generates a unique scannable QR PNG for every variant and stores it in the media library. Each QR encodes a tracking URL at itsbuzzing.com/q/<code>.

Download Your QR Codes
On the campaign detail page, each variant shows its QR code image. Click the download icon to save the PNG. You can now drop it into any graphic in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Use BYO Overlay to Stamp a Graphic Automatically
Instead of manually placing the QR in Canva, click 'BYO Overlay' on your campaign. Upload your promotional graphic (PNG/JPG), pick position and size, and click Generate. The platform composites the QR onto your image server-side and gives you the final file.

Print or Share Your Graphic
The finished graphic has the QR burned in. Post it on social, print it on flyers, or put it on a table tent — anywhere your audience will see it.

Track Every Scan
Back in the campaign detail page, the analytics panel updates in real time: total scans, unique scans, and a 90-day trend chart. Each variant is tracked separately so you know which graphic performed best.
