Add a Youth Member
Click 'Add Youth' to enter a new youth member. Required: first name and last name. Optional: grade, small group, campus, guardian email, guardian phone, salvation date, baptism date.

Bulk Import from Spreadsheet
Click 'Bulk Import' on the Youth Vault dashboard. Upload a CSV or Excel file. Required columns: first_name, last_name. Optional: grade, small_group_name, guardian_email, guardian_phone, salvation_date, baptism_date, primary_campus. Dates should be YYYY-MM-DD or MM/DD/YYYY.

View Individual Profiles
Click 'View' on any youth member to see their full profile including faith milestones, group assignment, guardian contact, and event log history.

Log Events
From an individual youth profile, log events such as attendance, milestone notes, conversations, or any custom entry. Each log entry is timestamped and tracked.
