Tiffany Martin came to Birmingham after years of instructing rhythm-based cycle classes in Seattle, Los Angeles, New Orleans, and Boston. She quickly noticed there was no boutique cycling studio — and immediately felt the void. She didn't just mourn it. She built it. Ignite Cycle is about the experience. It's about walking in the door and immediately knowing you are a part of something special. It's about clipping into your bike, losing yourself in the rhythm, and getting at least a glimpse of your best self. That's not fitness-studio fluff. That's what actually happens in that room. Tiffany's philosophy is that the studio needed to lower barriers between a rider's to-do list and the bike — convenient location, plenty of parking, real showers. Because the hardest part of a workout is getting there, and Ignite was designed to remove every excuse. The community inside Ignite is unlike anything else in Birmingham. Riders encourage each other. Instructors go through an intensive eight-week training. The playlists are curated for hours each week. And the results — physical and mental — keep people coming back and bringing everyone they care about with them.
Tiffany Martin saw a gap in Birmingham and filled it. Ignite's intensive instructor training, carefully curated playlists, and genuine community culture have made it unlike anything else in the city.
